Apple and Banana Smoothie

 

INGREDIENTS (1 serving)

    • Chopped Apple : 1/2bowl
    • Chopped Banana : 1
    • Cinnamon powder : ¼ tsp
    • Chia Seeds : 1 tsp
    • Curd : 3 tsp
    • Honey : 1 tsp
METHOD OF PREPARATION
    • Wash and chop apple.
    • Soak Chia seeds.
    • Chop 1 banana.
    • Add chopped banana and apple into blender jar.
    • Add cinnamon powder and soaked chia seeds into jar.
    • Add curd and honey into the blender jar and blend it.
    • Take it out in a glass and garnish it with chopped bananas pieces.
