Poshtik Cheela

 

INGREDIENTS (1 serving)

    • Oil : 1 tsp
    • Carrot : 1
    • Onion : ½
    • Bengal Gram Flour : ½,bowl
    • Whole Wheat Flour : ½ bowl
    • Radish leaves: 3 sprigs
    • Coriander leaves: a sprig
    • Salt: to taste
    • Pepper : to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION
    • Chop onion, carrot, radish leaves and coriander leaves.
    • Prepare a batter of pouring consistency with whole wheat flour and bengal gram flour and water.
    • Add chopped vegetables and seasonings
    • Heat tawa/griddle, smear with oil and put a ladleful of batter and cook the cheela on both sides using little oil.
    • Serve hot.
