Chickpea Salad

INGREDIENTS (1 serving)

    • Onion : 1/2
    • Tomato : ½
    • Cucumber : ½
    • Green Chilli : 1
    • Salt : to taste
    • Pepper : to taste
    • Red Chilli powder : ½ tsp
    • Boiled Chickpeas: 1 bowl
    • Lemon : ½
    • Coriander leaves : a sprig
METHOD OF PREPARATION
    • Boil 1 bowl chickpeas.
    • Take them out in a bowl. Add chopped onion, tomato, cucumber and green chilli.
    • Add the seasonings and a dash of lemon.
    • Serve and garnish it with coriander leaves.
