Hot And Sour Soup

 

INGREDIENTS (1 serving)

    • Oil : 1 tsp
    • Chicken : ¼ bowl
    • Onion, minced : 1 small
    • Carrot : ½ bowl
    • Mushrooms : 3-4
    • Bean sprouts : ¼ bowl
    • Lemon Juice : 2 tsp
    • Soya sauce : 1 tsp
    • Chopped Coriander leaves : 1 tsp
    • Salt : to taste
    • Red Chilli Powder : to taste
    • Pepper : to taste
    • Wheat flour : 2 tsp
METHOD OF PREPARATION
    • Cook diced chicken in a little water.
    • Heat oil in a saucepan. Add the finely chopped onion and carrot and fry until it is soft and transparent.
    • Stir in the flour to form a smooth paste.
    • Add the mushroom, bean sprouts and seasonings and cook on moderate heat constantly stirring till it boils.
    • Reduce the heat, cover the pan and cook for half an hour.
    • Serve hot and garnish with fresh coriander leaves
